Do you accept insurance?

We can act as an out-of-network provider and can supply to you a superbill (a medical service receipt) that can be submitted to your insurance company. Your insurance company will then reimburse you directly. Most insurance companies will reimburse part, if not all of your cost. (Not sure what to ask? Use this sheet here as a guide.)


What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, credit cards, health savings accounts, and flexible savings accounts.


All appointments are currently being conducted via telehealth at this time, due to the pandemic.

If you live in a state other than Arizona, reach out to us to see if we can provide medical nutrition therapy services in your state. Every state has different licensure and credentialing laws about providing medical nutrition therapy through telehealth.

Do you work with virtual clients?


Do I have to be vegan or vegetarian to work with you?

Absolutely not! While a portion of our patients come to us for vegan/vegetarian nutritional counseling, we will never pressure you to go vegan or vegetarian! Instead, we will work on identifying ways to add healthy plant foods to your diet.
